The Lionheart Academies Trust- GCSE and A Level Revision Programme

The Lionheart Academies Trust is recruiting teaching staff to be a part of its ambitious Easter and May Holiday Revision Programme for GCSE and A-Level.

We are looking for ambitious and motivated subject specialist teaching staff who could deliver sessions for Maths, English, Sciences, French, Spanish, History and Geography.

An up to date experience of delivering GCSE and A Level is an essential requirement.

Payment will be set at £150 per day, with up to five days across the Easter and May half term holiday periods.

Teaching sessions will be taking place at both of our secondary school sites, Beauchamp College in Oadby and The Cedars Academy in Birstall.

Head of Business, Economics and Accounts

Based at the Beauchamp College, part of the Lionheart Academies Trust

To join our team in September 2017, we are seeking a forward thinking and innovative Head of Business, Economics and Accounts ready to lead a strong department. Perhaps you have experience of working as a Head of Department and want to work at a leading school such as Beauchamp College or perhaps you have several years as a strong business and economics teacher and want to take the next step in your career.

The department currently consists of 7 teachers across Business, Economics and Accounts who work closely together to ensure great student outcomes. This is an important post for the school as they look to build on the previous achievements of the department. We are looking to appoint someone who can lead by example which means they are looking for an excellent teacher who is confident they are able to deliver high quality lessons. Someone who has a desire to share good practice with the team and has a can-do attitude is welcome to apply. The school offers ongoing professional development opportunities to all staff and career progression based on performance.

The Beauchamp College Business, Economics and Accounts department comprises of 7 teachers and an administrator. We have classrooms dedicated to the subject and a supportive working environment.

You will be expected to teach Business and Economics at GCSE and A Level and create resources to support student learning. This successful department has a commitment to academic excellence as well as fun and a passion for learning.
